Description Metros is an administrator who works well to improve the English Wikipedia. However, more often then not his behavior is poor in both fashions, editing and an admin. Currently violating numerous guidelines repeatedly, Metros' conduct is inappropriate and counter-productive to the aims and goals of Wikipedia. User:Metros has persistently harassed, embarrassed, degraded and cyber-stalks numerous users

Incivility, Rudeness, personal attacks
1.)Posting Pictures, he questioned if I really owned them, questioning my current residing location
2.)Metros Changing my username around using an incorrect user name purposely.
3.)Metros asking if I was possibly a former user that edited here/sockpuppet
4.)"Grandpa Eisen"? I believe the correct word for this article was Leonard Eisen
5.)He claims I am "crying" abuse?
6.)Metros - "This this would be rejected very quickly by the arbitration committee"
7.)General rudeness towards a member that was blocked/or in the process of being blocked
8.)Claiming that a notable incident at this school was not worth the ammount of space (1 paragraph) that it currently had
9.)Said "if i actually wrote about notable things" this wouldn't be a problem
10.)Removed a picture from an article i posted, claimed it was not legal to post it, had no license for it. Some other people and I finally found the correct tag, that I'm sure Metros knew existed the whole time
11.)Edit Summary reads " whoops, forgot what your name of the month was"
12.)Refused to unblock a user so he could not "Fight his brothers crusade"
13.)Again claiming COI on everything, after user claimed he was WP:STALK

15.)Changed opinion of a user who was pro-keeping the article, to making him believe the complete opposite.

Evidence of trying and failing to resolve the dispute
1.)Attempted to rectify and tell him not to hold a "grudge", obviously he did not care, as he didn't even attempt to acknowledge that, it was said.

Desired outcome
This behavior to cease ASAP, Possible WP:RFDA, I am not the only user that he has an issue with, his general attitude on here is slanted, and in many cases rude and disrespectful to other users without merit. I have clearly outlined in my supporting evidence below where he has been insolent to fellow Wikipedians, and appears that they do not assume good faith[1]
