I'm thinking about removing the stubs. This is great for an article on creation, more so for a single battle. Good stuff. TKE 05:32, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

I took out the stubs. Salient details, good sources, not much else to expand it that wouldn't be an exercise in prose. Good stuff. TKE 07:11, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

Great article Andreas 11:06, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] pov

this page is pov against the americans as it only talk about the british victories. i demand an AMERICAN edit this page

Hey, I'm an American. The article is presented from the POV of the British, I agree. However, the description of the battle itself and the outcome are factually correct and NPOV. The overall tone of the article, not the writing, is NPOV insofar as it does not endorse the British and that at the time of the war the British were crushing the Americans in the Northern Campaigns. The reading of the article is most likely to come off of a link and flows nicely with following the links to narrate the War of 1812. If you can tweak it without interrupting the rhythm, by all means do. It's a tough challenge, because it's a good write up and those are hard to copy edit. TKE 03:38, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
