A graduating Wayne State University engineering student puts his hand through a large stainless steel ring so his professor can put a smaller stainless steel ring on the small finger of his working hand, as part of the Order of the Engineer ceremony last December. I took this picture with a Canon Digital Rebel XT equipped with Speedlite 430 EX flash.
