English cricket team in Australia in 1998-99

This article is about the English cricket team's 1998-99 tour of Australia. For more details about that season's Ashes series, see 1998-99 Ashes series.
The England national cricket team toured Australia in the 1998-99 season to play a five-match Test series against Australia for The Ashes, the three way one day international Carlton & United One-Day Series against England and Sri Lanka, and eleven tour matches.
Australia won the 1998-99 Ashes series 3-1 with one match drawn therefore retained The Ashes which they had held since the 1989 Ashes series.
