From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The English Pouter is a breed of fancy pigeon developed over many years of selective breeding.[1] English Pouters, along with other varieties of domesticated pigeons, are all descendants from the Rock Pigeon (Columba livia). A very old breed. Known and recorded from the 1730's.[2]
