Engin Verel (born on 1956 in İstanbul) is former Turkish football player for Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray.
He started his career in Davutpaşa then transferred to Galatasaray in 1973. The transferred to Fenerbahçe in 1975. He won 2 Turkish League titles with Fenerbahçe. He also played 26 times for Turkey, 3 times for Turkey U21 and 5 times for Turkey U18.
He also played for Hertha BSC Berlin (1979-80) in Germany, for RSC Anderlecht (1980-81) in Belgium and for Lille OSC (1981-83) in France.
