[edit] Images
I have deleted Image:WRM enc1.jpg and Image:WRM enc2.jpg, images scanned from an unknown encyclopedia (about the Warsaw radio mast). I think the images were copyrighted, but not allowed for any purpose as your licence suggested.--Commander Keane 01:26, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
- Firstly, the images can be undeleted if they turn out to be ok.
- Is the image free? We don't know so we can't use it in Wikipedia.
- Could the image be used under Wikipedia:Fair use? Well, it is a copy of an encyclopedia - limiting their ability to sell that encyclopedia so it is unlikely.
- Placing {{copyrightedFreeUse}} was an error (either a lie or mistake or whatever).--Commander Keane 02:58, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Warsaw Radio Mast images
I marked the following for deletion as I think they're a copyright violation, there's no proof that the website owner released the rights. You can't assume what's the license if it's not explicitly named on the page.
