[edit] Intro

Hello there, this my page and everything. Sorry if it's not much, but not long done and I didn't really know what to say. I'll edit it sometime later. But if you want to leave a message or something than just leave one below, and don't forget to title it (==Title of message==) if it's not too much trouble. Cheers, EndlessWires.

[edit] News (Updated Every Couple Of Days, Or So I Try)

I haven't actually updated this much, so I'll update it today. I'm not doing much, I'm actually in college right now. Of course when anybody else reads this I probably won't be in college, so let me define this for you so you understand, the date is Friday 21st September, the time is 12:22, and I'm college right now. But anytime after this you read this I'm probably not currently in college. Anyway. Nothin' much more to write, I'm doing some essay on market research and it's not the most interesting subject I've ever had to write about, but I'm not going to make a brew-ha-ha about it. After all, I did pick to be on this course (Media Production BTEC, by the way). Don't pick the course if your not prepared for the work.

[edit] Musical interests

I am mainly into all of the old classic rock such as Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. Ever since I've moved house, I've found myself not watching TV (or as I call it "The Idiot Lantern") at all. Except from Friday to watch 8 out of 10 Cats. But I don't watch Big Brother because it is frankly, the worst piece of rubbish on The Idiot Lantern that anybody could watch. I like to listen to music as it not only sounds extremely cool, but I find that it is more worth while and you get a hell of a lot more out of it than you would with TV, plus TV doesn't exactly dig in to all the back breaking hard work like all the old bands like Led Zeppelin, they worked hard for their career, they set out to do something, and they did it brilliantly and put a lot of thought and detail and everything they could into it, whereas Big Brother....hmmm let's see, several people in a house, equals brainwashing programming that people that have no life watch. Not ANY comparison there what-so-ever. I also hate modern music and the vast majority of modern bands (apart from The Answer because they made a totally cool debut album that was...ROCK!!!!, not emo, not goth, not "nu-metal". ROCK, pure A-grade ROCK. Modern music sucks, R'n'B, now correct me if I'm wrong but in the ol' days of Classic Rock, didn't this stand for "Rhythm and Blues". I wonder what it stands for now, "Rap and Beat" or something stupid like that. Dance music sucks, I could create something like that on a Yamaha PSR-GX76 keyboard!!! Below is a list of music that I like:

AC/DC, Aerosmith, The Answer, Breed 77, Budgie, The Doors, Green Day, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Metallica, Pink Floyd, Sex Pistols, SOiL, Static-X, Marillion, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Saxon, Ozzy Osbourne, Guns N' Roses, The Who, Genesis, 10cc, Alice Cooper, The Beatles, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, Bad Company, Bill Haley & His Comets, Black Label Society, Black Sabbath, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Booker T. & the M.G.s, The Clash, Charlie Daniels, Clutch, Cream, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Cult, David Bowie, Deep Purple, Def Leppard, The Eagles, Feeder, Foo Fighters, Frank Zappa, Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13, Iggy Pop, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Bonamassa, Joe Satriani, Kiss, Manfred Mann, Marilyn Manson, Montrose, Molly Hatchet, The Move, Motörhead, Tesla, Queen, Queens of the Stone Age, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Santana, Slade, Soundgarden, Spinal Tap (even though they're a fictional band, but the soundtrack for the film was pretty cool), Steppenwolf, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Stone Roses, Stone Sour, Supergrass, The Stranglers, Sweet, Syd Barrett, Thin Lizzy, Traveling Wilburys, The White Stripes, Van Halen, The Undertones, T.Rex, Jethro Tull, Whitesnake, Ted Nugent, The Black Crowes, Wishbone Ash, Iron Maiden, Fleetwood Mac, Rush, The Velvet Underground, Nazareth, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Dire Straits, Pink Fairies, Big Star, The Edgar Broughton Band.

[edit] TV interests

We've recently moved house, and we've lost our digital connection, so I've actually found myself not watching TV that much nowadays. Which is good because it's a waste of life, so is the computer, but I haven't been going on this much recently either. I do like a lot of TV programmes and films and live stand ups, here is another list:

Absolutely Fabulous, My Family, Red Dwarf, The Brittas Empire, Open All Hours, Little Britain (not series 3), Rock Profile, 2point4 children, Black Books, Family Guy, The Simpsons, American Dad!, I'm Alan Partridge, I Am Not an Animal, QI, Extras, Friends, Joey (well it's not too bad), Father Ted, Blackadder, Fawlty Towers, The Young Ones, Bottom, Lost, Citizen Smith, Life On Mars, Quadrophenia, Napoleon Dynamite, Without a Paddle, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Good Burger, Jericho, Love Soup (yep I enjoyed it and I even bought the DVD, not afraid to say), Long Way Round, 8 out of 10 Cats, Starsky & Hutch, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Insomnia, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrott, Peter Kay, Billy Connolly, Bill Bailey, Phoenix Nights, Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere, Mock the Week.

[edit] More stuff

Well, I've got long hair and I've not long just finished compulsory secondary education, I am awaiting my GCSE results, am nervous about them, and I am hoping I've got at least 5 C grades so I can get into QE College. Plus, I think it's secondary education that has dragged me down over the years, it has made me paranoid because I have long hair, everyone seems to have a problem, and everyone seems to enjoy calling me a yeti. Plus, today's stupid generation of kids don't seem to understand the concept of long hair and ROCK. (I always do ROCK with capitals...) Over the past five years at secondary school, no one has considered me as being a ROCKER, no by stupid todays generation of chavvy kids I've been considered goth, emo, a girl, a yeti and a gay, and because of all these idiots, I am extremely self conscious, and I really feel at home when I am rock concerts, nowadays you've got to be someone, if you're not up on the little silver screen than you may aswell not exist, otherwise you're stuck with being taxed down to the very last penny, and be categorised down to the last little tiny spec of the thing that made you you, if you know what I'm saying (?). I've been to a few rock concerts in my 16 years of being alive. Here they are in order (with start-up bands included):

[edit] Still to come

The only other concert I've got left this year is "From The Jam", which is basically The Jam but without Paul Weller. Seein' them at De Monfort Hall in December sometime. Should be pretty cool.
