[edit] Article merger?
- Shouldn't this article be merged with endogeneity (economics)? --Asdirk 14:40, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think it should, the two are related but not the same. --Dirknachbar (talk) 17:30, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- I too think they should be merged, there isn't any practical distinction: one highlights the mechanics/technical implications of the phenomenon, the other essentially provides an example! Surely these are the two aspects of endogeneity that people will be looking for. It isn't like either article is long... as a beginner I don't know how to do this though.M.a.stephens87 (talk) 21:33, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think it should either. You are right that the articles are both short but it means we should enhance them not merge them. Farmanesh (talk) 21:57, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

- Sure, I accept size isn't grounds for merging, I'm not just looking for scale economies! I just don't see the distinction, endogeneity is an econometric phenomenon. It may arise when constructing an economic model, but to be discovered it has to be analysed through econometric techniques. These go hand in hand surely? To enhance either would be to include details mentioned in the other's article. M.a.stephens87 (talk) 22:57, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
