Notability is still thin; are there additional news articles or coverage about the event? Some mention of the event's history would be useful as well, if backed by sources - is this the first year, or has it gone on in years past? Is it just this high school, or are there others that participate? Which ones, where? I've removed the speedy tag, but the article could still be nominated for deletion by AfD; adding more sources and information would prevent this.
