The Endeavour Breeders' Cup Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually in mid February at Tampa Bay Downs racetrack in Tampa, Florida. Raced on turf over a distance of 1 1/16 miles (8.5 furlongs), it is open to fillies and Mares, aged four and older.

Inaugurated in 2000 at a distance of 1⅛ miles (9 furlongs), in 2004 the race was modified to its present 11/16 miles.

Known for a time as the Endeavour Stakes, in 2008 it went back to using the Breeders' Cup designation.
