This image is included in the article Encyclopædia Britannica to compare the software encyclopedia Encarta with the Britannica. The image illustrates for the reader Encarta's novel and user-friendly approach to navigating encyclopedic materials, as well as its flair for visually arresting graphic design. As such, the image offers a helpful contrast to Britannica's software interface for navigation. Therefore, it is contended that the inclusion of this image is fair-use for this article.
