Emuna Elon

Emuna Elon (born 1955) is an Israeli author and journalist. She is foremost known as a strong nationalist and for her marriage to Rabbi Binyamin Elon, a Knesset member. Her name Emuna means faith.
She was raised in Jerusalem and New York, and now lives in the Jewish settlement Beit El. She is the mother of six children, and grandmother to eight. Until 2005, she wrote a column in Yedioth Ahronoth, a mass circulation daily newspaper, where she advocated for the separation of literature and politics. She has written one novel titled "If You Awaken Love", published in 2007, and 14 children's books.
