Thanks for uploading Image:Kamikazee 1.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

Hi again Kevin. Sorry I've been slow getting back to you. Regarding your article, first I would suggest some formatting changes to correpond with the Wikimedia manual of style. External links are usually put at the bottom of the article, for example the maps and aerial photos section. Look at Manila for example. Next, I would make some of your pictures smaller because when they are too large, they interrupt the flow of the text, and people with smaller monitors may have most of their screen taken up by the picture. Also, pictures are usually aligned with the right side of the page so that the text flow is not broken up. (On my screen, the table "Organized Groups/Teacher Coordinators" is past the right edge of the screen because the picture above it is interfering with it, I think.) Finally, a small point, section names are usually not capitalized, but just like sentences, e.g. "School uniform policy", not "School Uniform Policy".
I would also warn you not to provide too much detail about certain things. For example, you use many peoples' names in this article, and since they aren't "famous" people, some might consider it a breach of their privacy to include them all. This level of detail is also more detail than most articles have.

Welcome, Emperork, to Esperanza! As you might know, all the Esperanzians share one important goal: the success of this encyclopedia. Within that, we then attempt to strengthen the community bonds, and be the "approachable" side of the project. All of our ideals are held in the Charter, the governing document of the association.

You can support editors who have encountered any stress from their Wikipedia events, and are seeking to leave the project. So far, Esperanza can be credited with the support and retention of several users. We will send you newsletters to keep you up to date. [edit] Philippine pres/vice-pres photos subject to deletion

The laws of the Philippines are such that while government created images are public domain, they are also non-commercial use only. As such, we can't use them on Wikipedia. Every image tagged with {{PD-PhilippinesGov}} is a candidate for speedy deletion per our speedy deletion policy if a complete fair use claim for each usage isn't present on the image page. You seem to be heavily involved in Philippines related topics so I thought I would notify you. These images are subject to immediate deletion. Hey Kevin Ray, I didn't knew that you are the man behind Mar Roxas' 2010 Blog featured on the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Well personally I think Mar Roxas and Manny Villar are the men to beat on 2010 as they are now predicting the gradual return of the two-party system (Philippine style), which is for me a better system for the people will have principled choices according to party stands and principles and not according to personality politics which has corrupted our country's political system for the past years. Well kudos to you and if you need help, I am willing to volunteer my time and my political know-hows to ensure a Liberal victory in 2010. If you have time you can review my article on the two candidates though I think its not finished yet and I still have to update and weigh in the article according to their stands on certain issues. The newsletter is back! Many things have gone on during the past few months, but many things have not. While the assessment drive helped revitalize the assessment department of the project, many other departments have received no attention. Most notably: peer review and our "workgroups". A day long IRC meeting has been planned for October 13th, with the major focus being which areas of the project are "dead", what should our goals be as a project, and how to "revive" the dead areas of our project. Contribute to the discussion on the the new channel (see below)

We decided to deliver this newsletter to all project members this month but only those with their names down here will get it delivered in the future.

Good day! I've found at your userpage that you are a Native speaking Cebuano, and I'm glad to find one here in the English Wikipedia. By the way, I'm Abastillas, but I'm not very active here in the English Wikipedia.
