[edit] The Emporis Skyscraper Award in the press?

I can't find any press references to the Emporis Skyscraper Award. The Award certainly exists, but unless it reaches the published media, it's not notable enough for its own article, IMHO. Unless anyone objects, I am going to redirect to Emporis for now. TheronJ

Even though it is not referenced the material shouldn't be removed for that matter. I'll revert your edit for the award is given out and the material found here is not purely speculative. Thanks, Lincher 15:32, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Since there's an objection, withdrawn for now.  ;-) TheronJ 16:19, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Emporis has a list of articles on which it has been mentioned in the press. The list can be found here. Unfortunately there are no links to the articles so you have to use google. For example here is an article by BBC that I found.--Cryonic07 talk ° contribs 21:04, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Talk about the importance template

Added the importance template. As far as I can see, this is not an award of any significance. Emporis is a useful website for enthusiasts, but it stops there. There's also a hint of self-promotion about this one.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 91.125.101.114 (talk • contribs) 14:4, 8 July 2007 (UTC).

IMHO this article is important enough to keep on Wikipedia. Possibly this could be merged into the Emporis article. I'll try to expand this article a bit in the near future. --Cryonic07 talk ° contribs 21:04, 25 July 2007 (UTC).
I probably haven't time to expand this article in the near future. --Cryonic07 talk ° contribs 09:13, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Emporis "Gold Award", "Silver Award" and "Bronze Award"?

I couldn't find any information that Emporis give away "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze" awards. As far as I know only one winner is chosen out from ten nominees. I'll try to correct this information in the near future if no one have any objections.--Cryonic07 talk ° contribs 21:04, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

I think the naming: Gold, Silver and Bronze awards are correct anyway. They are for example used in this press release from Emporis. And I probably haven't time expand this article in near future. --Cryonic07 talk ° contribs 09:13, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
