  • This cover is franked with a block of four 2-cent Pan-American Exposition Issue stamps (Scott #265), issued May 1, 1901, depicting the Empire State Express in the vignette. The issue of six denominations (1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10 cents) honored the 1901 The Pan-American Exposition (World's Fair) held at Buffalo, New York.
