Empire Arts Center

The Empire Arts Center is a movie theatre in downtown Grand Forks, North Dakota. It was built in 1919. It was renovated in 1998 due to damage from the 1997 Red River flood and now is a center for the arts in the Greater Grand Forks metropolitan area.
