Talk:Emory Folmar
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I considered editing this article, but decided not to as it is so wonderfully biased and bigoted that it is almost a parady of how leftists present things.
For example, trying to resist the growth of taxes and government spending is denounced as being "tight fisted". As if it was generious to spend the money of other people.

As an overture, the biased analysis at the end of the article was deleted in its entirety by the author. The rest of the article will be cleaned up by 8 AM EST Monday, the 15th, 2007.
Obviously some of this article violates WP:NPOV, but I think a lot of it should be kept. The whole Administrator of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board section however, needs to be removed until someone comes in a re-phrases it. The very first paragraph states his search and seizures to be "illegal," while obviously calling any tactic used by a governmental official illegal sparks controversy. something like "Some call his tactics illegal because ..." would be better, but sadly the whole section is presented as fact, and is not acceptable for Wikipedia. The Race for Governer and Bad Timing should also be taken out. Bad timing is a POV, so again you can't present it as fact.--Daniel()Folsom T|C|U 06:59, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Significant Trimming
I have removed the critiques which comprised such a large proportion of this article as to constitute a serious WP:NPOV violation. Any account of Folmar's political career should be written in a fair and balanced manner, not as a tabloid-style political scandal sheet. John254 15:25, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
