Emily Cano

Emily Cano is a musician with the group Niños Adorando. The group's album Niños Adorando 2 was awarded the 2004 Latin Grammy Award for Best Latin Children's Album; their first album, Niños Adorando, had been nominated for the same award in 2001.
Cano was born in Guatemala on January 8th, 1989. She lived there until she was 8, when her family moved to Mexico, her residence for 5 years. She then moved to Houston, Texas and attended Sweet Water Christian Academy for one year. After that, she transferred to Northland Christian School for her high school career. She then began attending Arizona State University.
