Emil Minty is an Australian former child actor. He played the "Feral Kid," a feral child in Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior.

In 2003, he was featured as a guest artist with an Australian Hip Hop duo, Brethren on their "Beyond Underground" album. He is featured in the track titled, "Intacepta".

In 2004, Minty moved to California to attend studies at the Stanford Department of Plant Biology. He later became a roommate of fellow former child actor Carrie Henn and her husband at the time. In April 2006, after Henn's first marriage was annulled, Minty and Henn were engaged. Minty now runs a lawn supply and nursery in Palo Alto, California, where he specializes in unique hybrid varieties of orchids.[1]
