Emil Młynarski

Emil Szymon Młynarski (July 18, 1870– April 5, 1935) was a Polish conductor, violinist, composer, and pedagogue. He was the founding conductor of the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra and subsequently served as principal conductor of the Scottish Orchestra in Glasgow.
Młynarski was born in Kibarty, Russian Empire, now in Lithuania, and died in Warsaw at age 64. He composed, among others, two violin concertos and a symphony dedicated to his homeland (Symphony in F major op. 14, "Polonia").
