EMCOR Group NYSE: EME is a Fortune 500 company based in Norwalk, Connecticut. This company's businesses include mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure, and facilities services.

As of 2007, the company had over 27,000 employees at over 140 locations companywide and over $5 billion in 2006 revenues.[1]

In July, 2007, EMCOR acquired a pair of California HVAC services providers: Air Systems Inc, based in San Jose, and Fuller Air, based in San Diego.[2]

In August, 2007, EMCOR purchased Ohmstede Limited, a shell and tube heat exchanger manufacturer that employs over 500 people, for $455 million.[1]

The CEO is Frank T. MacInnis.
