[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia!
Hello Ema Zee, welcome to Wikipedia!
I noticed nobody had said hi yet... Hi!
If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.
You might like some of these links and tips:
- some General guidance.
- Tutorial and the Manual of Style.
- Find out how to revert, move and merge pages.
- Sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
- Add yourself to the New user log and a regional notice board
- Ask questions at the Village pump or Help desk.
- Use the Show preview button
- Provide an Edit summary
- Add the correct image copyright tag to any images you upload
- Take a look at Consensus of standards
- Create a User page
If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing, -- Alf melmac 07:26, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Japanese War Tuba
Wow, your article on Japanese War Tuba is really interesting, I haven't heard of any thing like it before. It would be good if you could cite some sources as most people (including me) aren't very familiar with them and could have a hard time taking the facts seriously as the subject is very foreign to us. You can add a reference using footnotes or simply by adding a new header called == References == --Obli (Talk)? 23:20, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Angel Oak
I thought the text you added to the Angel Oak article looked familiar. It is lifted from a pdf I read when looking up the tree when I first created the article.--Paraphelion 04:07, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Ethics (Scientology)
Hello. You must have noticed, I reverted your edits on the Ethics (Scientology) article. I meant to give you feedback sooner on why I did it, sorry for the delay. The problem is that pretty much every paragraph was unattributed (who said so) and not sourced (where the information came from), the result is that the whole thing read like an original research, and also somewhat as a advertisement a few places. Had it been a single paragraph, I would have tagged it as 'citation needed', but the changes were significant such that the whole article became problematic. You can recover you text using the diff feature of wikipedia and make changes such that the text is attributed, and provide citations to reliable source. Raymond Hill 04:29, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Codex copyright
Hi there. Two things concerning this edit: I'm afraid linking to copyright violations is not allowed, so I had to remove it (per the 'notice on linking' at the top of Wikipedia:External links). Also you marked the edit as minor when it was actually quite a large addition; please only mark edits as minor when they really are. Thanks! --Quiddity 18:57, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AfD nomination of Joan Wood
I have nominated Joan Wood, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Joan Wood. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. [edit] February 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Scientology, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add your reference to the article. Thank you. Cirt (talk) 22:13, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
