Elusive Quality, owned by Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, stands at stud at Gainsborough Farm in Versailles, Kentucky. He is gaining a reputation as an important sire in the Mr. Prospector line that has dominated Triple Crown races in recent years. His son Smarty Jones won the 2004 Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes and whose earnings that year made Elusive Quality the Leading sire in North America.
His stud fee for the 2007 season will be $100,000.
