This village was separated from Gonugunta panchayiti in 80's decade .It is 20 k.m awy from ongole town of prakasam district of andhradesh state. The village name was came by the initial of Eluri who is the origin of the village. Most people are farmers and house wives. On the days going the population and influence of eluri was down and the Mnnam the King of rivals are ruled the village.
