I restored to Elte, North Rhine-Westphalia per primary source reference http://www.elte.de/ their is no indication the town name is officially Rheine-Elte. I did a find a couple of web page that used Rheine-Elte, but there was no indication of an official change. Jeepday (talk) 12:04, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
