Please
Hi. I'm not sure exactly why you made this edit, which sounds a bit like a personal attack; but I'd advise you not to do so again, because uncivil comments, no matter how justified, tend to aggravate a situation. Cheers. Yuser31415 (Editor review two!) 22:13, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Blocked
You have been blocked for 24 hours for the edit warring on Azerbaijan Democratic Republic. Please do not edit war again; when you see a conflict brewing, take it to the talk page. It's really the best option; edit warring will just get you into plenty of pointless trouble. —Signed, your friendly neighborhood MessedRocker. 05:10, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
Revert parole
I'm hereby informing you that both you and Azerbaijani have been placed on a strict "1RR parole" on the following two articles you have been edit warring on recently:
Until further notice, neither of you may make more than one revert on those two articles in 24 hours (and that includes reverting not only each other but other editors as well) or you may be blocked by administrators for edit warring. The above list maybe expanded if either of you decide to carry your disputes to other related articles. Khoikhoi 11:40, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- I'll get back to you soon; there's currently an arbitration going on, so we'll see there that goes. Khoikhoi 09:13, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

Notice of Arbitration Committee injunction
The Arbitration Committee has adopted a temporary injunction in the case of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan, in which you have been named as a party. The injunction provides: Until the conclusion of this case, all parties are restricted to one content revert per article per day, and each content revert must be accompanied by a justification on the relevant talk page. Violators may be blocked for up to 24 hours. The case remains open for the submission of evidence or proposals. This notice is given by a Clerk on behalf of the Arbitration Committee. Rasulzade
www.resulzade.org cannot be used as a source! How many times do I have to tell you this? Secondly, that information has nothing to do with the section. I'll give you a chance to revert yourself or I'll report you to an admin. You also removed "a broken man", which comes directly from Goltz.Azerbaijani 20:57, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
- just explain me why rasulzade.org cannot be a source and that mp3 file which was recorded by VOA what to do with by rasulzade org stuff? it is recorded by VOA . is VOA is less reliable than your million dollar babies? I state again, it is a recording of rasulzade's speech and has nothing to do with rasulzade org stuff. Elsanaturk 21:29, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
- Reason 1: It is not a third party source. Reason 2: It is not academic. I'm sick of these double standards. If you insist on keeping that, then I can dig up several Iranian sources too. I have already reported you for breaking 1rr, since I gave you a chance and you decided not to take it.Azerbaijani 00:13, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
- It could also be considered original research. Out of possibly many speeches you have chosen to highlight one comment made in one. If the editors can't agree on this, you could try to find a newspaper article of the time or a more recent biography or something that points to this speech as significant and reference it that way. If there are no serious disputes about authenticity or copyright, the speech might be appropriate as an external link. Thatcher131 03:45, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

That IP warning
IP addresses are provided by your internet connection. Depending on how you connect to the internet, your IP address can change with every new connection (every time you dial in, for example, or whenever you reset your dsl modem). That warning message was meant for whoever made some anonymous vandal edits in September. You apparently live in the same general area so when you connected to the internet that day, you were randomly assigned that IP address and saw the old warning. On other days you are assigned other address from the same pool. It doesn't have anything to do with you and you can ignore it. Thatcher131 14:46, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan
The arbitration case involving you has closed. The Arbitration Committee has placed you on standard revert parole for a year. This means that you may revert only once per article per week except to revert obvious vandalism. Furthermore, you must explain your reasonings for content reverts on the associated talk page.

Pictures on Ancient Rome
Hi! Thank you for the picture of the inscriptions you added to the Ancient Rome article. I moved it to the section on language, and I lowered the size of the changing map to 300. The image was a little intrusive at 500, though I agree with where you moved it to. Again, thank you for your contributions to the article. Galanskov 01:17, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
Azerbaijani question
I have a question about the Azerbaijani manat, and I hope you could help me with it, since I see you speak Azerbaijani. I'd like to know what the native name of the currency is. The Azerbaijani article is at az:Azərbaycan Manatı, but the banknotes (see [3]) use "manat". Is it a declension issue? Thanks, Ingrid 15:17, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for your detailed reply. It's not boring at all. I love language, and find it fascinating. Unfortunately, I've never managed to learn another language fluently, since it's hard to practice regularly. Anyway, thanks for your help. Ingrid 17:49, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

Baku was the home of the world's first oil well, the world's first paraffin factory, and the world's first oil platform.[citation needed] The city was once captured by Turkish troops in World War I,[citation needed] and afterwards by Bolsheviks. Along with the surrounding area, the city was incorporated into the Soviet Union. During World War II the growing demand for oil pushed Baku oil workers to reach record levels of extraction—23,482 million tons.[citation needed] Baku entered a period of decline after the break-up of the Soviet Union, but has since recovered.[citation needed]
Mao and China
Hi, and thanks for your message. If you are not placing Mao as the founder of China proper, then I suppose that is alright, but at the same time, I think it's a mistake as the "People's Republic of China" is a political entity like the Soviet Union or the Islamic Republic of Iran. I'm not sure it would be appropriate to list such entities in that article, which deals with the founders of nations in the classical sense - for example, George Washington as the father of the United States or Ataturk as the father of Turkey. These are actual nations of people, rather than political entities. I think it is a mistake to conflate such a civilizational notion with the founders of political entities. Ramana images
I got your e-mail. Basically the problem with all the images is that you uploaded them as fair use images of existing buildings, which automatically tags them for deletion. Since it easy to take a picture of an existing building, Wikipedia policy is that only freely licensed photos of them may be used. If you live in Ramana, you can take pictures of these buildings yourself and upload them under a free license to Wikipedia or (better yet) to Commons. But if even if you can't do that, someone could, and that's the reason why non-free images can't be used. —Angr 20:53, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
Hi
Could you provide a free equivalent for Image:Gobustan Rome.jpg? Though it isn't necessary rigth now, I'm afraid that the image will be under the copyright attack soon. I once saw the inscription while being in Gobustan but there was a lack of camera. --Brand спойт 12:57, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:BOTLcrest.jpg
Image:BOTLcrest.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 00:47, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

He has done a great job in listing the Azerbaijan films on Azeri wikipedia - I had no idea there were that many films!!!! Azeri language
Hi, I thought you may help me with Azeri. I got sticked while translating and the matter is the nominative case. The dictionary gives for example the Böyük Dəbilqə (Grand Slam) form, but the form Böyük Dəbilqəsi also seems to be in the nominative. The same thing is for instance with mə'lumat and mə'lumatı and I can't catch the difference in usage. By the way, the word dəbilqə in particular as I think seems to have two genitive forms: dəbilqənin and dəbilqəsinin, I don't know which is correct. Thanks in advance. --Brand спойт 21:20, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
socks
Yep, I reverted 6 times because Dr.Alban and all the other names (I think up to 5th) are sockpuppets. Vartan requested protection. I am simply reverting a sock. I did it on other pages he vandalized as well. See their record.
Reason I went and re-edited to my version is because I waited and got no response form participating editor grandmaster to my comments, he moved on ignoring page. So it is up to them to explain why we sould revert to their version and talk it out, like I did.Hetoum I 00:25, 20 June 2007 (UTC) P.S. Not following what you mean on Artsruni and other name. Yes I thought that rather odd him portraying a woman!! If you can expand from Azeri wikipedia this would be great. I'll gradually add all the films but can't stay on it too long as I have work to do all over the world -I did some work on Mexican films of the 1940s earlier. I've just fully expanded the Taipei article from a short basic one. Have a look also!! Hope your pleased with the progress ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you?" Contribs 18:19, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Preity Zinta FA
Hi there. The Preity Zinta article has recently achieved A-class status. Due to the wealth of support I have decided to now nominate for an FA class article which I believe and judging by the comments of others is pretty much up to. In my view it is better than some existing FA actor articles. I would therefore be very grateful if you could give it a final review in your own time and leave your comments and views at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Preity Zinta. Thankyou, your comments are always valuable. ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 10:57, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
National Council of Azerbaijan
Hi! I have a question and am asking for a big big favor. I am looking for the list of persons presiding at the meetings of the National Council between 27 May 1918 and 3 Dec 1918. Apparently, you are one of the few having access to the minutes (protocols) of the Council. I am aware that Rəsulzadə was the actual chairman (Azərbaycan Milli Şurasının sədri), but I know that he was absent at the meetings of 27 and 28 May 1918 being on a mission to Batumi. I was trying to find when he took the office - either still in Tiflis or when the Council moved to Ganja. Thank you. --arch_editor (talk) 11:24, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
