Talk:Elsie Eaves
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I am concerned this may be have copyright issues, so I've sent the original contributor the following email. We'll see what response, if any, is forthcoming.
- About a month ago, you contributed an article to Wikipedia on Elsie Eaves, the engineer. It's quite nice, and we certianly ought to have an article on Ms. Eaves. However, what you contributed reads as if it was originally written for something else, other than Wikipedia. I'm concerned that there may be copyright issues related to it. Can you explain it's provanence further, i.e. what it was originally written for? Otherwise, we may have to remove it, or fully re-write it, simply because we don't want to accidentally infringe someone's copyright. While you may respond by email if you wish, it would be best if you explain on the article's talk page: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Elsie_Eaves - that way your answer will be visible to everyone. Feel free to copy any part of this message into your response, if needed.
Hope this helps. JesseW, the juggling janitor 05:19, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
