Elstree Airfield (IATA: ETRICAO: EGTR) is located 2.6 nautical miles (4.8 km) east of Watford, Hertfordshire, England.

Elstree Aerodrome has a CAA Ordinary Licence (Number P486) that allows flights for the public transport of passengers or for flying instruction as authorised by the licensee (Montclare Shipping Company Limited)[1].

The main runway is only a few hundred feet from the Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School and aircraft pass low over its buildings when landing or taking off.
