Elsie Allen High School (EAHS) is a High School located in Santa Rosa, California. It is part of the Santa Rosa High School District, which is itself part of Santa Rosa City Schools. Elsie Allen was a master basket-weaver and a member of Sonoma County's indigenous Pomo tribe. Pomo basketry, traditionally made using only native Californian fibers, is internationally recognized for its precision and artistry. The name, "Elsie Allen," was suggested by long-time Santa Rosan, Dan Shay, at the behest of the Santa Rosa City School District.
