Francisca Elisabeth ("Elsemiek") Maria Havenga-Hillen (born September 30, 1959 in Den Haag, Zuid-Holland) is a former Dutch field hockey forward, who won the golden medal with the National Women's Team at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
Four years later in Seoul she captured the bronze medal with the national side. From 1978 to 1986 she played a total number of 81 international matches for Holland, in which she score ten goals. Hillen retired after the 1986 Women's Hockey World Cup in Amstelveen, where the Dutch won the title. She later became a tv-host for the newsbulletin of RTL 4.
