[edit] helpme
can i save my sandbox work without it showing up in Wiki?
- No, every save in Wikipedia is public. But you can use your own sandbox at User:Eloiseariel/Sandbox.--Commander Keane 19:44, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
then how do i leave my work without losing it or exposing it before i'm finished with it? i am working in User:Eloiseariel/Sandbox but i need to leave for awhile and i'm not finished with the article. thank you.
- Well you can just save it in the Sandbox (it will get exposed, but is that a problem? It will just be some encyclopedia stuff). If you don't want to expose it then you will have to save it in a text file on your computer instead.--Commander Keane 20:21, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Preservation (library and archives)
Any citations you could give me for your info in the preservation article would be much appreciated. Just post the cites here if you like and I can add them in - I'm trying to footnote the piece and make sure the whole thing becomes wiki standard.Efkeathley 12:46, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] mummy paper
sorry, i didn't notice this until today. my 'mummy paper' is up on in wiki, so the link works to get you there. you'll see my citations and biblio. hope that helps.

- Thanks - it does! What I really need though are some sources on the long bits of this article with no cites at all. It's obvious that prodfessionals are contributing - but I need some hints as to where they've pulled their infomation from. I love that the preservation article is really coming together, but it needs a lot of help with style and format. Also, the mummy paper page is a brilliant addition - maybe we could work on anthropodermic bindings next? Efkeathley 16:03, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
