Elmir Kuduzović (born February 28, 1985) is a Bosnian football player. He was also a member of Bosnia and Herzegovina national under-21 football team.

His first club was FK Radnički Lukavac. After several years in Radnički, he moved to FK Željezničar in winter of 2006. At first, he had some problems settling in a new club. But now, he is usually a starter and plays on the left side as a fullback, or sometimes as a winger.
