Elmar Muuk

Elmar Muuk (born 1901, died 20 November 1941) was an Estonian linguist and author of a number of dictionaries and textbooks of Estonian language, together with Mihkel Veske and Johannes Aavik responsible for development of Estonian as a modern European language.
