Elka de Levie (November 21, 1905 – December 29, 1979) was a Dutch gymnast. She won the gold medal as member of the Dutch gymnastics team at the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam.
De Levie was born in Amsterdam. She was the only Jewish team member to survive the Holocaust; her team mates Ans Polak, Jud Simons and Helena Nordheim died in Sobibór, while Estella Agsteribbe was gassed in Auschwitz. De Levie died in 1979 in anonymity in Amsterdam.
