Elk Forest is a residential community out Elk Forest road, which turns off of U.S. Route 119 in Kanawha County West Virginia. It is sometimes considered part of Mink Shoals, which is considered part of Charleston. Any stores would either be in Mink Shoals, Elkview, or Charleston.
