[edit] Beauty of Elizabeth Hurley

The piercings statement is not backed up?!

Article says "Damian was baptised a Roman Catholic." Who on Earth is Damian and why is he mentioned in this article?

Please add four tithes at the end of your question. Thanks. To answer your question, Damian is her son from her relationship with Stephen Bing. Storched 19:03, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Family Guy

On http://www.familyguyfiles.com/main.php I can't find anything about that Family Guy comment? Is there any source for that? What episode is it? Evilbu 11:24, 28 February 2006 (UTC)

it's episode 420 named "patriot games" here's the link

[edit] June 29, 2006

The entry I put back in, I feel, is more comprehensive and yet, less cluttered than earlier versions. My entry addresses who Damian is (her son) and offers a far less POV stance, inkeeping with Wikipedia's rules.

[edit] "That" dress

Any chance of getting a picture of "that" dress into the article? Seems to me to be the kind of thing that would be better with a picture, and one of the things (I think) Elizabeth Hurley is most famous for. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mrjeff (talkcontribs) 12:30, 3 March 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Vandalism

An unsourced and poorly formatted addition made its way on to the page: a parenthesized assertion that Arun Nayer, who has donated a great deal to AIDS/HIV-related causes, is HIV-positive. After doing my own research, it seems to be unfounded. I thus deleted the awkwardly-placed and un-cited assertion. 128.103.14.20 18:15, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] reveal lump

change reveal lump to a better verb.

[edit] why didn't her father give her away?

why didn't her father give her away at her marriage? IS he alive?

[edit] Mismatched dates

"On 4 April 2002, Hurley gave birth to a son, Damian Charles Hurley. In June 2002 DNA test conducted four months after the child's birth vindicated Hurley, and Bing was proven to be the father after much dispute."

how can her son be four months old in June when he was born in April? even if the test was conducted at the end of June, that doesn't make him four months old.

Well spotted. I've just left it simply as "A DNA test conducted after the child's birth" etc. An April 2002 BBC News page stated the results of the DNA test, so it must have been before June. Many thanks. Eagle Owl 18:11, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
It's still atrocious. October 2000 is 10-2000. 12 months later would be 10-2001, and if she announced it after they broke up after 18 months together, they'd have broken up in 4-2002, the same month the kid was born. So, maybe they broke up EIGHT months after the relationship started? That's reasonable, but I think [citation needed] --TIB (talk) 06:58, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] 'Former Fashion Model'

This title is misleading in that Hurley still actively models. She still works for both her beachwear company as it's public face and as a model for Estee Lauder. The label 'former' does not fit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.79.195.31 (talk) 01:43, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] married or not?

maybe the original author can change from "Hugh Grant's girlfriend" to "Hugh Grant's ex-girlfriend"?
