I wouldn't be surprised if we found out some NHLs no longer exist. The NHL monitoring program which provides updates on threat status of sites in the NHL webpages, must be budget-constrained. We could end up informing them about conditions of sites eventually. I am waiting for NPS webpages to come back up... doncram (talk) 09:54, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
