Elizabeth Anne Allen was the runner-up actress for the lead part of Buffy Summers.

Allen could not have been born in 1979, no matter what IMDB says. Her own website states that she moved to Hollywood to pursue an acting career after graduating from college. Since her first TV gig was in 1992, I doubt seriously that she graduated college at the age of 13. Her playing Amy at the age of 27 ("Witch" was shot in 1996) is not a stretch.
