[edit] Lots of details, but too hodge-podge

Wow, article has lots of good detailed info on Noyes, but also lots of redundancy and plopping of info into disjointed paragraphs. Maybe I'll try coming back someday when there's time and take a cut at improvement. Unless someone more qualified takes their shot first(?).
