[edit] Reverted biography edit

I reverted a biography edit that was unsourced. I also believe that the edit (names of various family members) is, frankly, irrelevant. If someone thinks this info is relevant, perhaps add that he is married with children? Certainly that he has a son in the army is important, but that is discussed later in the article.--ZebulanG 18:16, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Censoring Edits by "User:Eliotcohen"?

I just reverted a series of edits by a new user called User:Eliotcohen who has only edited the Eliot A. Cohen page. That user removed significant amount of material without sufficient (at least in my opinion) explanation. Here are his edits that I reverted: [1]. --70.48.69.93 14:58, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

I have a feeling the IP User:207.237.228.140 is the same user. I've requested that said IP user explain their edits on their talk page, but nothing has come of it. Until we get an explanation of some sort, I'm reverting their changes. Kel-nage 13:09, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fleshed out political statements

He wanted war in iran too, so changed the header to statements on foreign policy, also added his political appointment (and advisory to bush admin/congress) and neutralized some of the wording. Also removed a little verbiage.

Added some more statements dating from 2001-2003 by Cohen. All on the same theme- why war in iraq is a great idea. This sheds light on why exactly Cohen faced criticism for his "father sends son to war" piece, his political appointment under Rice, and the criticism of his credentials as a military analyst- all covered under "Appointments controversy" subsection. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 82.16.126.111 (talk) 14:56, 19 March 2007 (UTC).
