Someone wrote in the Summary section that there is some kind of copyright issue about using this portrait, citing UK copyright law. I'm not British, nor are any number of other Wikipedia users. Could someone please explain British/International copyright as applies to this portrait? And why wouldn't it fall under Fair Use? — AnnaKucsma (Talk to me!) 16:50, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
