Elizabeth ("Betsey") Armstrong (born January 31, 1983 in Ann Arbor, Michigan) is a female water polo goalkeeper from the United States, who won the gold medal with the United States women's national water polo team at the 2007 Pan American Games. She made her debut for the national team in 2006.
