Eliza Mustafa Zadeh

Eliza Mustafa Zadeh is an Azeri jazz singer, born in Kutaisi, Georgia.

Eliza Mustafa Zadeh is a classically trained Bel Canto singer. She was married to Vagif Mustafa Zadeh - the creator of the Mugham-jazz fusion. Having a great voice of enormous range, Zadeh became the first singer to performed vocal compositions in the Mugam-Jazz style. After losing her husband to a severe heart attack, she gave up her career and dedicated her life to her daughter, Aziza Mustafa Zadeh, who is now a famous pianist and singer. Since then, they have worked together on different projects; primarily concert programs and albums. Eliza works as a producer, manager and mentor for her daughter and lives with her in Germany.

In the near future, all fans of Jazz will have a chance to listen the voice of Eliza Mustafa Zadeh on her Official Site, as well as biography, gallery, discography, historical facts from the life of the Zadeh family. Also a new CD will be produced - rare recordings of Eliza and Vagif Mustafa Zadeh from Private Archives. This site is currently a work in progress.
