Elissa Steamer

Elissa Steamer (b. July 31, 1975, Fort Myers, Florida) is an American professional skateboarder currently residing in San Francisco, California.

Elissa Steamer began skateboarding in 1989, turning pro in 1998 when she won the women's street section at Slam City Jam 1998. She won the same section in 1999. In 2003 she was voted Female Skater of the Year by Check it Out Girls magazine. Has appeared in several videos including Welcome to Hell (Toy Machine), Jump Off a Building (Toy Machine), Baker Bootleg 1 & 2 (Baker), *FM1 & 2 (Rob Hoovis), and Bootleg 3000 (Bootleg).

Her sponsors are Zero Skateboards, Thunder Trucks, the Skate Park of Tampa and Etnies footwear. Past sponsors have included Toy Machine, TSA Clothing, Bootleg Skateboards, Baker Skateboards, and Landspeed Wheels.

Steamer appeared as a playable character in the first 5 games in the Tony Hawk series. She was the first female pro to appear in the series.
