Elias Whitmore (March 2, 1772 - December 26, 1853) was a United States Representative from New York.
Whitmore was born in Pembroke, New Hampshire on March 2, 1772, where he completed preparatory studies. He moved to New York and settled in Windsor. He engaged in mercantile pursuits.
Whitmore was elected to the 19th United States Congress (March 4, 1825 - March 3, 1827). He resumed his former business pursuits in Windsor, New York, until his death in that city December 26, 1853. He was interred in the Village Cemetery.
