Elias Atmatsidis (Greek: Ηλίας Ατματζίδης) (born April 24, 1969 in Kozani) is a former Greek football goalkeeper.
Atmatsidis played most of his career for AEK Athens FC. He also spent several years in PAOK Thessaloniki.
Having debuted for the Greek national team on March 23, 1994 he played 47 matches, and was a participant at the 1994 FIFA World Cup.
