Eli Valley is the author of The Great Jewish Cities of Central and Eastern Europe: A Travel Guide and Resource Book to Prague, Warsaw, Cracow, and Budapest, published in 1999 by Jason Aronson.
Valley is also a cartoonist growing in renown for his often politically biting and risque works published in Jewcy[1]. His personal comic website is EvComics.com[2].
