Eli Hagen

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Eli Hagen (born 1947 at Dombås in Norway) is the wife and secretary of the Norwegian politician Carl I. Hagen, former leader of the right-wing party Fremskrittspartiet ("The Progress party"). The Norwegian author Jan Martin Iversen claimed a significant role for her in the development and survival of the party in his book from 1998 on the first 25 years of the party. She is perhaps most famous for having, by mistake, driven a car down the steps in front of the Royal Palace in Oslo.
