Elgin Street, Lancashire

Elgin Street is the second shortest street in the world at 17ft (5.181m). It is located in Bacup, Lancashire. It held the record until November 2006, when it was surpassed by Ebenezer Place, Wick, Caithness, Scotland.[1]
